Beth started beth hudson, ink. during the pandemic to provide unparalleled editing and design for independent authors and creators.
What started out as a career in technical communication quickly morphed into being the girl everyone called with the silly questions about editing.
Then, Beth met her husband - aka the IT Mastermind - and he taught her more than she ever thought she’d learn about networking and web design and development.
Now almost five years in, BHI has morphed into a full-service agency, able to support authors and small businesses in multiple areas.
Beth lives with her family on the east coast in South Carolina. When she isn’t working, you can find her binging new and old television and reading books that make her feel something.

Amanda started out as an avid reader, discovering her knack for being an amazing hype girl just by sharing her favorite books. Her following grew, and she began picking up the attention of her favorite authors, joining her dream alpha, beta, and ARC teams.
Slowly, she began to build a PA business, and then joined the BHI team as a proofreader, but she’s slowly made herself integral to the business. She manages the administrative side of everything, keeping Beth organized (as best as anyone can), and she’s a masterful developmental editor, beta reader, and proofreader among many other things.
She’s become known as the ARC guru with an incredible track record for building teams that actually read and review in impressive returns for authors.
She and her husband live in the midwest with their four kids, wishing for summers in the sun.

A former journalist and nonprofit communications director turned freelancer, Holly's background means she's pretty much done it all.
She joined the BHI team as a multifaceted editor and proofreader and has since expanded her role to PA. She has a knack for creating newsletter marketing content that interests readers and social media content that fosters engagement.
Holly has loved reading and writing her entire life, and she's excited to help you bring your books to the next level and spread the word about them.

She found she had a knack for creating concise, attention-grabbing blurbs for authors and a love for workshopping plot ideas with fellow writers. K.D. joined BHI first as a client, then as a blurb creator and story development consultant. She loves helping authors bring their stories to life!
K.D. lives in upstate New York with her husband and two kids. Her mood is controlled for six months out of the year by the Buffalo Bills and she has a mild obsession with squirrels.
